The 18-story high-rise is a full-service hotel in downtown Providence featuring 392 guest rooms and a variety of multi-purpose meeting spaces, along with restaurants and retail facilities on the sidewalk level. Every effort has been made architecturally to moderate the size and scale of the building by means of creative massing and a mixture of materials. The result is a neo-traditionalist approach in which the brick façade and accents of contrasting stone on the exterior serve to blend the structure into the historical fabric of the city.
