A mixed project with a variety of moving parts involved providing more parking, maximizing storage opportunity and developing workshop facilities, all within the aesthetic parameters of several historically significant structures that included a carriage house, an ice house and a hennery. Two additional buildings were programmed according to the master plan. New construction had to become a continuation of existing pieces without altering the original character of club property or compromising its new sought-after utility.
